Abstract

Heritage (either tangible or intangible) tourism is using the past as a tourism product and service (Park, 2014).

The fascination with experiencing and consuming the past continues to grow all across the globe. On an international scale heritage tourism experiences encourage people to encounter and appreciate diverse historic environments and cultural assets, thereby enhancing the understanding of different people and cultures.
