Abstract

What is the role of context in learning? What is the role of context in learning to read? Perhaps the most important question of all: What is the role of context in successful reading and learning? Where does context stop and the individual reader start? How might we reconsider what are seen as struggles of a given student to be products of textual and human interactions and relationships in learning contexts?
