Abstract

PR systems exploit reflection from IOs in order to detect and track objects. The PR performance in terms of both target detection and imaging are strictly dependent on the IO properties, and specifically on the emitted power density, which impact on the receiver range coverage and on the SNR at the receiver, and the transmitted waveform characteristics.
